By commissioning me (Mossie55) you accept to the following Terms of Service, failure to adhere to the ToS may result in appropriate consequence:
-You are 18+, anyone below the age of 18 must wait to turn 18 before commissioning me. No exceptions.-Payment must be upfront, unless discussed otherwise. I will not start unless payment is received or discussed to conclusion.-For a payment plan can be discussed if the commission is above a certain amount-I am allowed to refuse a commission for any purpose.
Final artwork will not be sent until full payment is received.-Any commissioned work is for personal use, this includes (but is not limited to) NFTs, Crypto, selling of prints/t-shirt prints and merchandise.-Any commissioned work is not to be used relating to AI in any way, no exceptions.-All artwork I have done will posted to my social media accounts at my discretion, unless otherwise discussed-All sales are final, unless I (the artist) am unable to complete your commission for reasons on my (the artist) end.-Unless discussed otherwise, you are allowed to post any artwork I have done for you as long as credit is properly given, you may not remove my artist signature.-You have read and understood the process and limitations listed in my Commission Process-You have read and understood the pricing and limitations listed in my Commission Pricing
Commission Process

By commissioning me (Mossie55) you accept and understand the following process:
Phases:
-Discussion
-Payment
-Sketching
-Line Art
-Flats
-Shading
-Final
-After discussion of content of commission and agreement on payment, payment is expected upfront (unless otherwise discussed) before I begin working.
-Watermarked WiPs will be shared with after each stage of the process until completion with a final chance for minor changes at the end.
-During the sketching phase, minor changes are unlimited, major changes (like complete pose/composition changes) have 5 for free until a 1$ additional fee. I also reserve the right to keep and re-use rejected poses for future use.
-During the line art phase, minor changes are unlimited, major changes (like complete pose/composition changes) have an additional 10$ fee.
-During the flats/colouring phase, minor changes are free for 15 changes and then have an additional 1$ fee, major changes are no longer allowed.
-During the shading/rendering phase, minor changes are free for 10 changes and then have 1$ additional fee.
-During the final phase, is the last chance for minor changes and have 5 for free and then for an additional 1$ fee.
-If any additional fees are incurred an invoice will be sent and expected to be paid until an unwatermarked version of the commission is sent.
-I will keep your commission for a minimum of a month, after a month I may or may not have your commission so it is expected for you to save and hold on to it yourself.
